A New Concept in House Concerts...Season four will soon be here. The lineup is pretty much set. The first gig will be Jake Armerding. Jake has become the "fifth member" of Eddie From Ohio, playing most of their gigs with them now, and sometimes opening for them. The three shows at Birchmere and two at Rams Head this year were awesome. Jake is a great fiddler and mandolin picker, as well as an excellent guitarist. His lyrics are outstanding. Check out the Current Artist page for some links to hear his music, and a few YouTube videos, too. Great stuff. Next up will be Robby Hecht, who played a short set on the boat last summer. Robby is a recent Kerrville winner, and a great lyricist. In Aug, Dan Navarro will be on board. This show sold out before I even got the season set. Even the wait list is overbooked. It would be really great if someone knew someone with a boat that wanted to come to the gig and might even be willing to have some other folks tag along. The season will close with the return of Kenny White, this year to actually play on the boat. I'm ordering a sunny day for his return. That date hasn't been set yet, but it will be in Sep. It's going to be a fantastic season, so plan ahead, and put these dates on your calendar now. Start thinking warm and music. If you want to attend a show, check out the reservations info below. Don't forget that Keyo is glad to have you aboard for a private party/concert. Ask about details. See you at the music. Take care... BYOB. Bring Your Own Boat. If you have your own boat, or know someone who has a boat, and want to join us out on the water, just click on the link below to find out what the rafting requirements are. Since space on Keyo is limited, this is a great way to get a bigger group, which is always more fun. And the Rhode, just around the corner, is a wonderful place to drop the hook after the show and spend the night. So get out the fenders and lines and tie up with us for a wonderful season of music. David... See you in June...
