Founded in 1982, the arts connection is dedicated to bringing music at affordable prices to the people. In keeping with this mission the organization has not raised its ticket prices for Schubert, Schubert and Schubert in fourteen years and provides several free concerts in the Anacostia area of Washington, D.C. the arts connection served as a representative for "Vienna in Concert" which toured thirteen cities in the U.S. in 1993. The exhibit was donated by the City of Vienna to the university of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa. the arts connection also serves as the contact office for "ArtSpin" and the "Lively Arts in Hyattsville."
